San Francisco International Airport (SFO) has become recognized as a national leader in Design-Build delivery due, in a large part, to its highly collaborative environment. In order to routinely achieve outstanding results, SFO has implemented structured Collaborative Partnering processes both within the organization (with tenants and stakeholders) and externally with the Design-Build teams who deliver projects.
