Description

This paper will present the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's (SFPUC) effective use of Alternative Delivery mechanisms for implementation of the $6.9 Billion in system-wide wastewater improvements over the next 20 years. We will explore the analysis, variables, considerations and logic behind selecting alternative delivery for various projects on the Sewer System Improvement Program.
