The University of Colorado has delivered over a billion dollars in construction projects over the last decade. Over a dozen of these projects have been design-build. The presentation will cover how design-build has evolved at Boulder and will share exciting, effective and fun strategies on how to successfully execute design-build projects. The material will be delivered from both a theoretical and practical perspective from the owner and the design-build team.
