Description

Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW), a wastewater treatment agency in California, is using the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) process to deliver its two largest CIP projects: 1) a large diameter raw wastewater conveyance tunnel/pipeline, and 2) a new influent lift station and headworks facilities. SVCW staff and their owner’s advisors will describe their reasons for selecting PDB delivery for these projects, and will share experiences in working through the procurement process and initial design stage.
