Description

Alternative Technical Concepts are a valuable tool to encourage innovation by the Design-Builder. Members of the construction community have lauded WSDOT’s ATC process as an effective tool of the procurement process. This segment will discuss the use of the ATC and provide best practices in evaluation of an ATC, including the roles and responsibilities of the evaluation team, and the importance of confidentiality.
