The existing Hopewell Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility was faced with challenging time and budget constraints for its Phase 2 project. Design-Build best practices and DBIA's contract documents have been essential to balancing the available budget with fast-tracked design, procurement, and construction schedules, and demonstrating capability to meet regulatory performance requirements. The current progress of Phase 2 continues to prove Design-Build as the most effective project delivery method for the pursuit, planning, and execution of this PPEA project and the satisfaction of its stakeholders.
