This is a placeholder 'abstract' to describe a new concept to create a platform for real-time survey input and follow-up discussion on any number of topics and issues related to water/wastewater collaborative delivery. Using inter-active feedback (e.g., "clickers" or smart-phone apps), the format would be to survey meeting attendees on a wide variety of questions, arranged in groupings by subject or research topic, including during the Owner and Practitioner forums or by conference attendees at any time during scheduled sessions. Survey data would be collected, analyzed and presented for discussion in an interactive format with attendees, facilitated by a subject matter expert panel. Results could also be leveraged for future purposes such as future, in-depth research efforts, conference programming, and Owner forums. Suggestion is for at least one, but possibly multiple sessions, advertised as an invitation to a "focus group" with survey topics noted in advance. Survey topics and questions can be prepared in advance as well as tailored in real time. For example: interest in a potential research topic could be confirmed and explored; questions of interest could be collected at the Owner's Forum and asked of the general audience; or a feedback module could focus on specific issues discussed in the Keynote or other General Session. Presentation points noted in the next section are sample ideas for survey modules within a given hour session.

Topic Idea 3: Feedback on a specific research topic: initial survey questions/responses to guide research design on a specific topic (presumably provided by a sponsoring organization such as WDBC)
